Christopher Kurczaba, JD, is a well-known and respected attorney with over 20 years practice experience.  With a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University and a law degree from Layola University, Chris is licensed to practice law in Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Federal Court of the Northern Districts of Illinois. Chris is fluent in English, Polish and speaks Spanish.   
With a focus on immigration law, Chris is passionate and dedicated to helping individuals; families and businesses of all sizes find successful immigration solutions.

As a third generation polish American, Chris was raised to understand the plight of those seeking legal status here in America and the importance of family unification. He understands the unique opportunities afforded here in the U.S. and the importance of preserving cultures of homelands while creating new acculturated traditions.    

Chris shares immigration knowledge and counsel weekly on Polish Television News and Radio 1080 and Highlanders Weekly Radio Show. Chris is a contributing author to both the Polish Daily News and Highlanders Weekly.     
Chris has been actively involved in the local community, having served as the President of the Polish American Congress - Illinois Division 1999-2006, and National Vice President of the Polish American Congress 2002-2004.  He has served on the Boards of many other community and national ethnic organizations. Chris was previously appointed a Commissioner of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.  
   
He is currently a Board Member of the American Insitute of Polish Culture of Miami, Florida and continues to actively assist many local community and national organizations in a variety of projects.
